At MitikLive we respect your right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and which data will be deleted.

How to delete your account

You have two options to request the deletion of your account:

Option 1: From the app or web panel

1. Log in to your MitikLive account
2. Go to My Account
3. Select the "Delete account" tab
4. Confirm the deletion by typing your email
5. Click "Delete account permanently"

Option 2: By direct contact

If you prefer not to access your account or have trouble doing so, you can request deletion by contacting us directly:

• WhatsApp: Send message
• Email: soporte@mitiklive.com

State the email of your account in the message. We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently erased:

• User profile: Email, encrypted password and preferences
• Linked accounts: All Wallapop, Milanuncios, Facebook and Vinted accounts
• Listings: Complete history of managed listings
• Backups: All listing backups made
• Credits: Remaining credit balance (non-refundable)
• Transactions: History of top-ups and usage
• Sessions: All active sessions on devices

Data that is retained

Due to legal and tax obligations, we may retain for the legally established period:

• Billing and payment records (under Spanish tax regulations)
• Anonymised security logs

Deletion timeframe

If you delete your account from the app, the data is erased immediately.

If you request deletion by WhatsApp or email, we will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.
