How do I download the app from Google Play?
Search for "MitikLive" in the Google Play Store or tap the "Download on Google Play" button on this page. Installation is automatic and updates are handled directly by the store.
Is the app free?
Yes, signing up is free. The app works with a lifetime license (one-time payment, crypto only) or with credits, and you can try every feature with no commitment. Later you can buy more credits from the app itself or from the website.
Does the app work with Wallapop and other platforms?
The Android app currently supports Milanuncios, Wallapop and Vinted.
Does the app drain the battery?
No. Battery usage is minimal (1-3% per hour of active renewal). The app uses an optimised WebView and only makes requests when there are listings to renew. You can configure the delay between renewals to fine-tune consumption.
Can I use the app and the extension at the same time?
Yes, but it's not necessary. The app is independent from the extension. You can use one or the other, whichever suits you. If your computer is off, use the app. If you're working on your PC, use the extension.

The MitikLive panel will appear automatically whenever you're on the platform.

Does it work on Mac or Linux?
Yes, the extension works on any operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux) as long as you use a compatible browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave or Opera.
Is it safe? Do you access my accounts?
The extension is completely safe. We never access your credentials on any platform (Wallapop, Milanuncios, etc.). The extension only automates actions you can already perform manually in your browser.
What happens if I update my browser?
The extension will keep working normally. Updates are installed automatically from the store where you installed it (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons or Microsoft Edge Add-ons).
Can I use the extension on several computers?
Yes, you can install the extension on as many computers as you like using the same MitikLive account.
Does it work on mobile?
No, browser extensions only work on desktop computers. Mobile browsers don't support this type of extension. We also have the Android app to manage from your phone.
