These terms govern the use of the "MitikLive" panel (the Extension). By using the Extension you accept these terms.

1. Service owner

MitikLive (contact: WhatsApp).

2. Purpose

The Extension is a support tool for managing listings on classified ad platforms (Wallapop, Milanuncios, etc.). It lets you make backups, organise inventory and republish listings to improve their visibility. MitikLive is an independent project and is not affiliated with or sponsored by Wallapop.

3. Requirements and account

• You need a valid account with our service to use features that require authentication.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• We recommend keeping your backups regularly up to date.

4. Permitted use

• MitikLive is a management and organisation tool designed to make sellers' work easier.
• Do not use the Extension for unlawful purposes, or to breach third-party terms.
• Do not attempt to decompile, modify or redistribute the Extension without authorisation.

5. Privacy

The Extension uses the browser's local storage and/or platform APIs for its operation and does not install third-party cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Nature of the service

MitikLive is a support tool that makes listing management easier. As with any digital tool, we recommend keeping up-to-date backups of your important information. The service is provided "as is" and we make our best effort to ensure it works correctly.

7. Intellectual property

The Extension and its contents are protected by intellectual property rights. No licence is granted other than the one necessary for its use.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will endeavour to notify you through the panel itself.

In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the original Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
