What is the widget?
The MitikLive widget is a small panel you can add to your Android home screen. It lets you:
- 📊 Check current status: Whether it's renewing, paused, or idle
- 📈 View stats: Number of listings and renewals
- 🚀 Quick access: Tap to open the app directly
How to add the widget
Method 1: Long press
- Long press an empty space on your home screen
- Select "Widgets"
- Find "MitikLive" in the list
- Long press the widget and drag it to your screen
- Release in the desired position
Method 2: From the app drawer
- Open the app drawer
- Find the MitikLive icon
- Long press the icon
- Select "Widgets"
- Drag the widget to the home screen
Information displayed
The widget shows:
- Status: Idle, Renewing, Paused, or Error
- Total listings: Number of listings in your account
- Renewed: Listings renewed in the last session
Widget states
Idle
No renewal in progress
Renewing
The app is renewing listings
Paused
Renewal is paused
Error
An error occurred, open the app
Widget updates
The widget updates automatically:
- When you change the status in the app
- When a renewal finishes
- Periodically every few minutes
Tip
If the widget doesn't update, tap on it to open the app. When you return to the home screen, the widget will refresh with the latest data.
Removing the widget
To remove the widget from your home screen:
- Long press the widget
- Drag to "Remove" or the trash icon
- Release to confirm
This only removes the widget from the screen, it does not uninstall the app.
