The cooldown is a waiting period that Milanuncios enforces between renewals of the same listing. During this time, it is not possible to renew that specific listing again.
💡 Note: The cooldown only applies to renewals. If you use the Repost function, the listing is deleted and a new one is created, so there is no cooldown.

Milanuncios implements this system to prevent users from renewing their listings continuously, which would flood the top positions and harm the experience of other users.
How Long Does the Cooldown Last?
The cooldown duration varies depending on several factors:

Timestamp logging
Every time a listing is renewed, Milanuncios records the exact date and time. If a renewal is attempted before the cooldown expires, the platform rejects the request.
Behaviour patterns
If renewals always occur at exact intervals and at superhuman speeds, Milanuncios may suspect automated activity. That is why it is important to set an appropriate delay in any Milanuncios listing publisher and renewer.
Per-account frequency
Milanuncios monitors the total number of renewals an account performs within a given period. An exceptionally high volume in a short time can trigger additional restrictions.
⚠️ Important:
Attempting to force a renewal while the cooldown is active not only does not work, but may cause Milanuncios to extend the waiting period. MitikLive never tries to force renewals during a cooldown.
