Why Use Multiple Accounts
Managing multiple Vinted accounts can be useful if:
Professional sellers
If you sell clothing across different styles or categories (women, men, children, vintage), having specialised accounts boosts your credibility.
Family businesses
Each family member can have their own account, but all of them are managed from a single centralised dashboard.
Shops with multiple staff
Each employee manages their own account, while the owner has a global view of the entire inventory.
⚠️ Important:
Make sure you comply with Vinted's terms of service. Each account must correspond to a real and legitimate person.
How It Works in MitikLive
MitikLive lets you manage up to 10 Vinted accounts from a single dashboard. Key benefits:
- Unified view: See all items across all accounts at once
- Centralised backup: Save all your wardrobes in one place
- Bulk relisting: Relist from multiple accounts simultaneously
- Global statistics: Combined metrics from all accounts
- Shared credits: The same credits work across all accounts
Adding New Accounts
There are two ways to add an additional Vinted account to your MitikLive dashboard. Choose the one that best suits your situation:
Method A: with a separate Chrome profile (recommended)
- Open Chrome and create a new profile (user icon → "Add")
- In that profile, install the MitikLive extension from the store
- Sign in to MitikLive with the same Google account you use in your first profile
- Go to vinted.es and sign in with your second Vinted account
- MitikLive will detect this account and add it automatically to your shared dashboard
Method B: switching sessions within the same profile
- Sign out of your current Vinted account
- Sign in with the new Vinted account
- Go to your wardrobe on Vinted
- Click the MitikLive extension icon
- The extension will detect the new active session
- Confirm that you want to add this account to the dashboard
The new account will appear in your dashboard alongside the others. Each account shows its Vinted username, the number of items, and the date of the last backup.
💡 Tip:
Method A (separate Chrome profiles) is more convenient if you manage the accounts on a daily basis, as you can keep them open in separate windows simultaneously without needing to sign in and out repeatedly.
Centralised Management from the Dashboard
Switching between accounts
In the MitikLive dashboard, use the account selector at the top to change the active account. The dashboard shows the username and the number of items for the selected account. Switching accounts is instant and does not interrupt any ongoing operation on another account.
Viewing the combined inventory
Select "All accounts" in the selector to see a unified list of all items across all your wardrobes. Each item shows which account it belongs to via a colour label, making it easy to identify them at a glance.
Selective multi-account relisting
You can select items from different accounts and relist them all in a single operation. MitikLive automatically uses the correct account for each item: you do not need to switch accounts manually between relisters. The credit cost is deducted from your single shared balance across all accounts.
Advanced filters
Filter by account, category, price, publication date, or time since last relist. The "oldest first" filter is especially useful when managing several wardrobes with dozens of items each, as it lets you systematically target the items with the lowest visibility.
Per-account statistics
From the statistics panel you can view the performance of each account separately: active items, relisters in the last month, credits consumed, and days since the last backup. This helps you identify which account needs the most attention.
Organisation Tips for Multiple Accounts
Name your accounts descriptively
Use clear aliases such as "Women's Clothing", "90s Vintage", "Kids 2–6 years", or "Home" to quickly identify each account in the dashboard. Aliases are only visible to you in the MitikLive dashboard and do not affect the username on Vinted.
Specialise each account's catalogue
Each account should focus on a specific product type or price segment. Vinted buyers appreciate specialised sellers because it makes it easier to find what they are looking for. A "90s vintage" profile generates more trust than one that mixes toys, appliances, and clothes from different seasons.
Spread relisters throughout the day
Instead of relisting all accounts at the same time, distribute them: for example, account A at 9:00, account B at 13:00, and account C at 20:00. This maintains a constant presence on Vinted throughout the day and maximises peak traffic hours for each account.
Regular backup of all accounts
Set weekly reminders to back up all wardrobes, not just the main one. You can select "All accounts" in the dashboard and run a full backup of all of them in a single click. The process runs sequentially and requires no manual intervention.
Frequently Asked Questions about Multiple Vinted Accounts
How many Vinted accounts can I manage with MitikLive?
MitikLive lets you manage up to 10 Vinted accounts from a single dashboard. Credits are shared across all accounts: you do not need to purchase separate balances for each one. If you need more than 10 accounts, contact support to learn about plans for professional sellers.
Can I use the same email address for multiple Vinted accounts?
No: Vinted requires each account to have a different email address. What you can do is use the same Google email to sign in to MitikLive and manage all your Vinted accounts from a single dashboard, each with its own email registered on the platform.
Does managing multiple accounts affect the visibility of my items?
No, as long as each account has different items. Vinted does not penalise having multiple active accounts under the same owner, but it may reduce visibility if it detects duplicate items across different accounts from the same seller. Keep differentiated catalogues to avoid this issue.
Can I relist items from one Vinted account to another?
Not directly. Relisting renews the item within the same account where it is published. If you want to move an item from one wardrobe to another, you will need to delete it from the first account and publish it on the second. The backup saved in MitikLive contains all the information needed to do this without losing any data.
Are MitikLive credits shared across all my accounts?
Yes. You have a single credit balance in your MitikLive account that works for all the Vinted accounts you have linked. When you relist from account A or account B, credits are deducted from the same shared balance. This simplifies management and avoids having to top up each profile separately.
