What is Vinted Boost
Vinted Boost is a MitikLive tool that lets you gain followers on Vinted automatically by following users in your same niche. When you follow someone on Vinted, that person receives a notification, visits your profile, and may follow you back and browse your listings.
The tool searches for sellers similar to you, extracts their followers (your target audience), and follows them automatically. After a few days, it cleans up anyone who did not follow back to keep your account healthy.

How the Boost Cycle Works
Vinted Boost operates on a 2-phase cycle that repeats every week:
Phase 1: Mass follow by niche (Day 1)
- Set your niche: Choose a category, brand, price range and/or keywords
- The system searches for sellers: It automatically finds the best sellers in that niche
- Select sellers: Pick the ones that interest you based on their followers, sales, and ratings
- Automatic follow: MitikLive follows those sellers' followers with safety delays
🔄 Runs in the background:
Once started, the boost continues even if you close the MitikLive panel. You only need to have Vinted open in a tab. You can pause and resume at any time.
Phase 2: Automatic cleanup (Days 4–5)
- Check: The system verifies who followed you back
- Results: Shows how many followed you back (typically 15–25%)
- Cleanup: Unfollows those who did not respond
🧹 Why clean up?
If you follow 5,000 people but only 500 follow you back, your ratio is low. The cleanup maintains a healthy ratio (goal: more followers than following) and prevents Vinted from flagging your account as spam.
Step-by-Step Setup
Requirements
- Updated Google Chrome
- MitikLive extension installed
- Active Vinted account
Step 1: Open the Boost tab
Open Vinted in Chrome and click the MitikLive icon. In the panel, find the "Boost" tab (with a lightning bolt icon). It is between "Listings" and "In Progress".
Step 2: Configure your niche
In the new boost form, set up:
- Category: Select a Vinted category (e.g. Clothing > Dresses). You can choose a broad category for a wider reach or a subcategory for a more specific niche
- Brand: Optional. Filter by a specific brand (e.g. Zara, Nike)
- Price range: Optional. Set a minimum and maximum price
- Keywords: Optional. Additional search text
- Pages to scan: How many results pages to analyse (more pages = more sellers found)
Step 3: Select sellers
After searching, the system shows a list of sellers in that niche. Each seller displays their avatar, name, number of followers, sales, and rating. Select the ones you are interested in.
The system automatically calculates the total number of potential followers and the estimated time for the boost.
Step 4: Confirm and start
Review the summary, enable automatic cleanup if desired, and click "Start Boost". The process begins immediately with delays of 5–10 seconds between each follow.
Step 5: Monitor progress
The progress screen shows in real time:
- Progress bar with percentage
- Followed: Users successfully followed
- Skipped: Users you were already following (duplicates removed)
- Errors: Failed attempts
- Pending: Users remaining in the queue
- Last follow: Avatar and name of the last user followed
- Estimated time remaining
You can pause, resume, or stop the boost at any time. If you close the panel, the boost continues in the background.

Automatic Cleanup
Cleanup is the second phase of the cycle and is what sets Vinted Boost apart from simply following people at random.
How it works
After 3–5 days (configurable), opening MitikLive automatically triggers the check on your previous boost:
- The system retrieves your current follower list
- Compares it with the users you followed during the boost
- Identifies who followed you back and who did not
- Displays the results, for example: "128 followed you back (26%), 359 did not respond"
Two cleanup modes
- Manual (default): Shows you a summary and lets you decide whether to unfollow those who did not respond
- Automatic: If you enable this option, cleanup runs on its own without asking you

With a boost of 500 follows, you can expect between 75 and 125 real new followers (15–25% follow-back rate). After cleanup, your account has more followers than before without following people who are not relevant to you.
Quick Actions
In addition to the boost cycle, the tab includes two very useful quick actions:
Automatic follow-back
Automatically follows all users who follow you that you are not yet following back. It is a quick way to return the follow and build reciprocity.
Unfollow all (clear list)
Unfollows all users on your following list. Useful if you want to start fresh or if your followers-to-following ratio is very low. Requires confirmation before running.

Tips and Best Practices
Choose your niche carefully
Followers of sellers similar to you are more likely to be interested in your products and follow you back. If you sell branded clothing, search for branded clothing sellers, not electronics.
Do not overdo it
Run a boost, publish or refresh your listings, and wait 3–5 days before the next one. Moderation is key to avoiding suspicion.
Combine with relisting
After a boost, relist your items. Your new followers will receive notifications of your listings and are more likely to buy.
Monitor your ratio
A good ratio is having more followers than following (ratio > 2). The profile card in the Boost tab shows your current ratio.
Use your history
The boost history shows the follow-back rate for each previous boost. Use this data to identify which niches perform best.

Is it safe to use Vinted Boost?
MitikLive uses random delays, daily limits, and automatic pauses to simulate human behaviour. Even so, we recommend using it in moderation and not running more than one boost per day.
How long does a boost take?
It depends on how many sellers you select. With the default safety delays, following 500 users takes approximately 2 hours. The process runs in the background, so you can keep using your computer.
What happens if I close the browser?
The boost pauses. When you reopen Vinted with MitikLive, the interrupted boost is detected and you can resume it from where it left off.
How many followers can I gain?
The typical follow-back rate is 15–25%. With a boost of 500 follows, you can expect between 75 and 125 real new followers. Running a weekly boost, you can grow by 300 to 500 followers per month.
Can I select any category?
Yes. You can select a broad category (e.g. Clothing) for wide reach, or a specific subcategory (e.g. Party Dresses) for a more targeted niche. If you do not select a category, the search covers all of Vinted.
Is cleanup mandatory?
No, but it is highly recommended. Without cleanup, you will end up following thousands of people who do not follow you back, which hurts your ratio and may attract Vinted's attention.
