The Statistics Panel

MitikLive displays real-time statistics while you renew or repost your listings. This lets you know exactly what is happening at every step. The panel of our Milanuncios publisher and renewer updates automatically as the process advances, with no need to reload the page.

Main Indicators

  • Total Listings: Total number of listings detected on the page
  • Available: Listings that can be renewed right now (green indicator)
  • On Cooldown: Listings in their waiting period (orange indicator)
  • Processed: Listings successfully renewed or reposted in this session
  • Errors: Listings that could not be processed

Available Metrics

The MitikLive statistics system collects and displays the following metrics during each renewal session:

Session metrics

  • Listings processed: Number of listings successfully renewed or reposted in the current session
  • Listings skipped: Listings that were on cooldown and were automatically bypassed
  • Renewal errors: Listings where the renewal failed (due to connection issues, expired session, etc.)
  • Total session time: Full duration of the renewal process from start to finish
  • Average speed: Average time spent per listing, including the configured delay

Account metrics

  • Credits used: Total credits consumed in the session
  • Remaining credits: Available balance in your MitikLive account
  • Session history: Record of recent renewal sessions with date, time, and results

💡 Tip

Keep an eye on the error rate. If it exceeds 10%, it may indicate a problem with your Milanuncios session or your internet connection. Try reloading the page and signing in again.

Status Indicators per Listing

Each listing card shows a colour indicator representing its current status:

Green: Available to renew or repost
Orange: In cooldown period
Blue: Currently being processed
Green with check: Successfully renewed
Red: Renewal error

These indicators update in real time. When a listing moves from "processing" to "successfully renewed", the indicator switches from blue to green with a check mark instantly.

Renewal Progress

During a bulk renewal or reposting process, you will see a progress bar showing:

  • Number of listings processed vs. total
  • Estimated time remaining
  • Processing speed

💡 Tip

Do not close the tab while renewals are in progress. The process will stop if you navigate away or close the browser.

How to Interpret the Data to Optimise

The statistics are not just informational: they allow you to make decisions that improve your results as a seller on Milanuncios.

Analyse recurring errors

If certain listings fail repeatedly, it may be because their content violates a Milanuncios policy or because of an isolated technical issue. Review those listings specifically and adjust the content if necessary.

Optimise the delay based on statistics

If you notice the error rate rising with a low delay, try increasing it by 1–2 seconds. Conversely, if there are no errors and you want more speed, you can reduce it gradually. Check the delay configuration guide for recommended values.

Identify the best times

Compare results from sessions run at different times of day. Sessions with fewer errors and more available listings tend to coincide with periods of lower server load on Milanuncios.

⚠️ Warning:

If you see that the number of listings on cooldown is very high, do not force the renewal. Wait for the cooldown to expire or schedule another session later. Forcing renewals may result in restrictions on your account.

Exporting Statistics

MitikLive lets you review the history of your renewal sessions from the extension panel. The available data includes:

  • Date and time of each session
  • Number of listings renewed and errors
  • Credits consumed per session
  • Milanuncios account used

This information is useful if you manage multiple accounts or need to track credit usage over time. The history remains accessible in your MitikLive account and syncs across devices.

Interpreting the Final Results

Once the renewals or reposts are complete, the panel will display a full summary of the session:

  • Successful renewals/reposts: Listings that moved up in position
  • Skipped: Listings on cooldown (not an error — applies to renewals only)
  • Errors: Listings that failed (check your connection or account)
  • Credits consumed: Total credits used

The Milanuncios publisher and renewer by MitikLive saves this summary so you can review it later, even after closing the tab.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the statistics real-time?

Yes. The MitikLive statistics panel updates instantly while renewals are being processed. Every time a listing changes status (processing, completed, error), the counters and progress bar update automatically without any need to reload the page.

Can I view statistics for multiple accounts?

Yes. If you manage several Milanuncios accounts with MitikLive, the statistics are recorded independently for each account. You can check the session history for each account separately from the extension panel.

Are older statistics saved?

MitikLive keeps a history of your recent renewal sessions. You can review statistics from previous sessions in the panel, including the date, number of listings processed, errors, and credits consumed. The history syncs with your account so it is available from any device.

What do the colours in the chart mean?

The colours follow an intuitive code: green indicates listings that are available or have been successfully renewed, orange indicates listings in a cooldown period, blue indicates listings currently being processed, and red indicates listings where the renewal has failed. This colour code is consistent throughout the MitikLive panel.
